Beverly J. DiCesaro

Beverly J. DiCesaro is the firm's senior paralegal for estate administration and is responsible for managing cases and files involving guardianships, estates, real estate, litigation and Medicaid applications and appeals. She is the primary staff liaison with court personnel and govenmental agencies.

Ms. DiCesaro has over 30 years of law office experience as a secretary, office manager, legal secretary and paralegal. She joined the firm in 1994.

She was previously employed with the law firms of Hague, Morgan & Collins and Macy & Frank, P.C. in Fall River, Massachusetts. She was also employed by Holland & Knight LLP for three years in the Providence office where she was instrumental in her efforts as a support staff member for the firm's Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts pro bono efforts. That program gained recognition from the Chief Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court as a model for other large firms in the state. In the same year, the Providence and Boston pro bono volunteers were recognized by the Massachusetts Bar Association with its law firm pro bono award.
