Alfred E. Fargione

Alfred E. Fargione is of counsel to the firm. He focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and tax law.

Attorney Fargione attended New England School of Law in Boston, graduating with honors. While at New England, he served as both an associate editor and symposium editor of the New England Law Review. He also volunteered his time as an incoming student mentor.

In addition to traditional estate planning, Attorney Fargione represents clients with tax disputes before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state tax agencies. His expertise includes the preparation of federal and state income, fiduciary and estate tax returns.

His past experiences include working for the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board, Greater Boston Legal Services, and Ryan, Inc., located in Burlington, Massachusetts.
